Owner Jason Henry is a native Washingtonian with over 15 years of experience combined in residential and commercial construction. Jason’s extensive background in residential remodeling and renovation creates a firm that provides high-quality residential construction. RSR Construction's owner and management are involved in all aspects of each project, from giving an estimate through the entire construction process. When customers call us, they speak to one of our decision makers. This provides total customer satisfaction and a high level of confidence all of the time.

Jason Henry is the owner of RSR Construction. Jason is involved in all aspects of running the company; primarily focusing on business development, project management and overall company direction.
Prior to starting RSR Construction, Jason worked for a Washington based property management company as Assistant Director of Property Services for two years. Jason’s position gave him significant hands-on experience managing workforce operations and handling numerous ongoing projects in the residential remodeling arena.
Prior to working in property management, Jason held positions with large residential and commercial construction companies.
Jason graduated from Our Lady of Good Counsel High School and studied Business Management at Frostburg State University, where he played for the university’s football team. A native Washingtonian, he grew up in Silver Spring and currently lives there with his wife and three children.
